Raid drop patterns

Ok so in my T6 raids i place from 2nd-7th or so place. But everytime i get 2nd or 3rd i get the worst drop possible. Carbanti sensor arrays. 3 times that has happenend now and im wondering if its not so random. Any otger patterns that you guys have?
