We are a small guild, currently running a tier 6 raid looking to add a few active players. We're finding we like being smaller, as everyone participating in raids gets better rewards, even those who are up and coming and lack full squads to really make a dent in the raid. However we'd like to add a few players to find that sweet spot between keeping the raids coming, while maintaining better payouts for members.
