Gear not showing who needs it in Guild Exchange

Since the last update any gear that has a green dot in the exchange of gear (Guild), is not showing who requires it as well. I like to give a lot of gear to my fellow members, but without knowing which of my characters also needs it I don't feel that generous.... Please fix this. Thanks

Being able to select the gear and where to farm it would also be useful.
