Stuck on Checking for Updates

Game keeps getting stuck on Checking for Updates. On the rare occasion I can actually log in, game usually freezes in the middle of the first activity I try to participate in. I have uninstalled and reinstalled, cleared the cache on the app, shut my phone down, nothing fixes it. Droid Turbo. I can't even get in to see my ally code to be able to report it. Not sure what else to try. Please fix.

got the same issue here. I downloaded bluestack to play it from my computer until this gets fixed. I will also report this
