Misleading commercial practices Regarding Cards

Like the game overall. I Have spent my fair amount of Money on this game.
Maybe in all my Game lifetime i have bought Chrome Packs, Gear packs, I have stopped buying the cards and Gear cards. I have never felt that the amount i've spent has lived up to my expectations.
Actually i Felt that I had Been Scammed.
Because the info provided with the Packs. Are misleading.
When you open a Card before you buy it.
There are all those Toons, Gear, Mats, Gold. Its filled up and Look amazing. And then over to the right.
it says in small print that you can use crystals to receive shards or Character
There are Not Provided any Clear information About What Exact product you are gonna be receiving.
It is Gambling. The Cards are like the Lottery. 1 Happy Player and 999.999 Unsatisfied players. who Feel they have been Scammed.
So I would Like in the future.
that if you are selling cards, packs with stuff.
The consumer Has the Right to Know the Exact Product they are receiving.
Or you should Change the packs Into a Lottery So there are no Confusing or Misleading information what they are Buying.
Hope you will Address these concerns.
