Guild message board

Can anyone explain to me why I don't see letters as I type on my Guild message board. As of the last update, typing works, but no letters appear. I can send a message, but it a little disconcerting to have to rely on my tablets spell check.
Has anyone else had this problem? How do I get a message to tech support? Thx
