AGI, STR and INT Gear Challenge Tier 4 - Max reward not possible

This is a bug since Tier 4 challenges are accessible. For the MK8 Neuro-Saav Electrobinoculars Salvage (INT), the MK 6 Chiewab Hypo Syringe Salvage (AGI) and the Mk 4 Arakyd Droid Caller Salvage (STR), it says a maximum possible reward of 5 pieces. Unfortunately this never happens.

For similar rewards in the lower tiers, for gear where it says, 5 is possible, you get the 5 as intended from time to time.

This is probably a bug in reward generation, or if not, the description should be changed to the maximum possible amount (which is 4 for all three items).

There are more items in challenges that do not display the correct drop maximums too.

Also some items show higher maximums in lower tiers, but the drop chances are clearly lower which is deceptive.
