Looking for an active T7 Guild

Im level 80 have twenty-five 7 stars and counting. Im active and looking for a fair laid back group. Current guild decided to make raid rules to benefit certain players till they completely max Hans out im only allowed to run 1 toon each raid so i need a new home.

We have one spot we are trying to fill. Do tier VII every other day. If you have the toons to solo phase one of the raid you can rotate taking turns on phase 1 with a couple other people and take first.

Other than that we have different times for different phases. Everyone gets one attack with whatever 5 toons you want. During phase 2 and 3. During phase 4 it's a FFA

We do it to try to be fair to everyone so we all get decent raid rewards. Sometimes I get 10 sometimes 20. Just depends on the RNG for that particular raid.
