Our tier 5 raid vanished twice in a row

We were 60% into phase 1 of a tier 5 raid when it vanished. Another raid was started and it also disappeared when we hit 60% damage done in phase 1. When in the raid it would give the message "raids are ready to be launched" and upon exiting it would say this raid is no longer active. Now we are currently out of guild bank coins after 92,000 wasted coins used with nothing to show for it. Something needs to be done about this quickly.

I just found out that my officer that the in game chat said started the 2nd raid didn't start it. The second raid shows on the time line that it started within seconds of the "raids are now ready to be launched" message.
