does EP's shock debuff work like immuse to positive buff?

Just notice this in GW: while EP land a shock debuff on RG with his basic skill, then RG cannot do auto-taunt anymore but still valid for other buffs like healing or offense up...anyone knows how does this new debuff type 'shock' work?

It seems to block taunts. Not sure if this is intended or not since it's not in the description, I'm not sure anyone really knows how shock works entirely. But it definitely blocks taunting.

Well, if you just tip on the status effect icon, you can see what it means. In case of shock it is immune to positive status effects and to healing.

It also makes toons immune to TM gain (not natural TM gain, but that won with moves like victory March or STH taunt)
