Newsletter bug "this is a long message"

Sometimes when I go into the newsletter section it goes to a screen with text:
"This is a long message"
Thought it could be a joke (or maybe just a placeholder) but .....
Pressing go button at the bottom does nothing, pressing close at the top does nothing. I have to restart.
Anyone else see this?

This just happened to me. Clicking on the "x" or "GO" does nothing - essentially, I'm stuck. (I had to kill the process and restart).

Samsung Galaxy Tab E, Android 6.0.1

ETA: it happened after checking the newsletter screen, then hitting the "x" to close out back to the home screen. Instead I got stuck in the "long message" (the other 3 newsletters that were previously available disappeared).

I see a different message but the same behavior. It says "New Label"
