Emperor's demise pack banner (bug?)
The banner popped up this morning, and clicking on it took me straight to the iTunes purchase Windows and allowed me to buy it a second time (I bought the card pack a week ago). I was very surprised, but happily took the extra stuff. But thinking about it I'm not sure that is how it's intended to work.
