Insufficient storage/Eternal loading

We're aware that there has been ongoing feedback about the storage issues post update. This appears to be affecting primarily Android users in the form of players either hit by infinite loading, or receiving an insufficient storage message. We encourage you to go to EA Help for troubleshooting help, but before doing so please try the steps below:

Suggestions:
    Android:
    • Uninstall application and reinstall. - OR -
    • Close game.
    • Open device settings.
    • Navigate to "Apps".
    • Open the game.
    • Select "clear data".
    • May need to open "Storage" first under Android M.
    • Relaunch game.
    iOS:
    • Uninstall application and reinstall.
      *Note: You may potentially need to free additional internal storage space on your device.”
      * Double Note: If you have a guest account, we encourage you to log into Game Center in order to connect your account
