If the guild is unable to finish tier 7, will the ppl who fought in the raid receive the reward? Is the rewards based on the guild finishing in those 2 days?
If the raid isn't finished, there aren't any rewards.
As such, it's helpful to plan out the first few T7s your guild tries. Generally, you need one person to solo phase 1, then have everyone run one squad through phases 2 and 3, and then throw everything you have remaining at phase 4.

This is how we did our first heroic raid. We still stalled halfway through P4, but we were able to recruit a hero to help us out. Except for P4, the plan worked well.
