He's supposed to be a slow farm from the raid...
So after the new raid is released, you can still get Han Solo easy.
400 is what a shards 5pack is worth so I would leave it there I don't want another General Grevious
They will still be offering the racnor raid. Why would they make it easy? This game is a big grind, well a grind in a grind.
