Rancor T6 vs T7

Can someone tell me how much difference there is betweé those 2 levels? Ive heard T7 is easier??

Well ... it's tricky. The Rancor has less health. But in P4 it is a killing machine. And remember, there is no 24 hour character refresh on T7, so when your roster is used up, that's it. When my guild first stepped up to T7, we stalled out in P4 and were lucky enough to find some mercs to finish for us. So we ran T6 for a while longer to build up more strength. When we were getting 1/2 way through T6 P4 in the first day, we decided to try T7 again ... and absolutely destroyed it. We had to slam on the brakes to try to get all the guild members in the raid before we finished.

We should have been doing T7 earlier.

So, yeah it's easier in a way, but only if a majority of your members have at least one really good raiding squad.

150 squads of 5 x 7* heroes should get you there.

It's easier but it requires strategy because p4 is a killer. In our guild when we first started doing them, we had one or two guys do the pigs, the we only attacked one time each in p2 and p3 so everyone got the door down both times. That helps maximize the damage. Then save all your extra squads for p4 where it can get rough.

After a few of those raids, everyone leveled up and now we are having to hold off to make sure everyone gets a turn.
