Guild Reward Improvements: Sharing the Wealth, Rewarding the Efforts

Weekly rewards for Individual Efforts:
1. Donations
2. Guild Coin Accumulation

Argument: The above efforts further the strengthening of the guild and as such should be rewarded. As contributing to 1&2 are a matter of individual choice, rewards should be individualized. As records are already kept weekly, rewards on that time scale are suggested.

Raid Award Revamp:
1. Rewards caches do not differ (beyond RNG) between Guild Members.

Argument: The current raid rewards based on damage, but guild members do not have free access to damage (ex. a heroic raid might stall if all guild members maximize individual damage by attacking pigs or finish rapidly without contributions from all members if a few solo phases). However, Guilds as a whole are recognized for raid completion. Members of the guild should be rewarded as members of the guild when the Guild as a whole accomplishes something (ex. a red chest of the appropriate raid level for each guild member).

Discuss.

Understand what you want to try and do, and the reason for it is commendable, but:
    1. If you give the same loot to every person in the guild irrespective of damage done, where is the motivation to improve your raid team, or do more damage?
    2. I'd maybe agree that a mid-level chest for every player is OK as a basic reward - provided they register on the leader board - and then add to that dependent on rankings.
    3. Players going totally Cujo on phase 1 and getting high hp scores, well that's all down to how any given guild organises itself. A lot of guilds have their own solutions to the problem, and none are perfect.
    4. We feel a duty to our less powerful members and want them to be able to progress. What we don't want is to carry dead weight. At least a token effort needs to be made or it would just be freeloading.
