Out of curiosity did anyone list all the heroes that can reach G9 without raid gear?

It truly doesn't even matter anymore bro. A good portion of the toons that do need raid gear before g9 are not worth getting to max gear anymore. And plus regular gear like stun cuffs is usually needed for those toons. Those aren't easy farms either.
