Dengar listed with no drop location

Dengar currently lists in game as having no drop locations. I've been trying to get Dengar shards from guild shipments for almost a week with zero appearances.

Please check for drop rate bug.

He's only available in guild shop and if he isn't in his left position it shows no locations. If he is purchasable then it will show you a location. Also the shop resets every time you get your bonus energy. So it's easy to miss checking in the one short three our window in the evening.
