Guild Raid Points bug

This is NOT a post about the top guilds. There is a bug with the raid points for our guild. Sometimes it shows our correct raid points (1000):
And sometimes it shows 0 raid points:
These screenshots were taken within a minute of each other. Can't seem to find a trigger for either in terms of why this is happening.
