ST-Han and RG taunt ignored or vanishing

In Arena I stopped using RG because his taunt would be ignored or vanish.

Started using ST-Han but the same thing happens.

Also stealthed toons can sometimes be targeted (on my team or opposition).

What the hell??

I have seen a similar issue with disappearing taunts. The main time I see it is when there is a RG and STHan on the opposing team. One of my strategies is to get someone's health low so that RG's taunt activates before Han uses his. That way I have someone else to hit while I wait for my QGJ to strip Han of his taunt. However, in several battles I have noticed RG's taunt go away as Han puts his up. Most of the time I see this is when Palpatine is their leader, I get him low and then when he heals himself RG's taunt goes away.

I often use teebo lead and have noticed taunt dropping from sth and rg. It leaves me wondering how it was dispelled. Could it be a teebo bug?
