Fives double tapping Leia without slow

There is no speed down debuff on Leia when she attacks and the debuff appears only after Fives's second hit (the first is resisted).
I'm at a loss as to why Fives got to do his double tap. There was this bug months ago where he attacked again when he inflicted speed down with the first shot but that was fixed long ago. Also I thought multi attacks (such as Leia, FOTP, Fives or Dooku) and assists could only be countered once.
I could provide footage of the entire fight up to that point if required.
