Just as an example, Lando appears in 1-E and 5-F if memory serves. Is there any benefit to spending 12 energy instead of 8?

More tokens per unit of energy. That's about it.

You get more credits, also. And purple mats drop more often I believe from the more expensive nodes.

But I still like farming off of the cheapest node to get it done ASAP.

Honestly I think they should start double upping the cantina battles so I can earn two different character shards per node. Would make farming a little easier.

Farming low energy nodes will cause you to run "out" of sim tickets... it's just going to bring the number down.
