Hello team, we are missing Raid rewards for all 50 of us. Details below, please help!

We all love you!
Reason for this email is because on 9/14/16 at 9:07am EST I launched a raid for our Guild. (KoR Resurgence) It was a Tier 6 raid and we finished it later that evening only to find that none of us received any rewards. Someone from leadership called and was told to wait 24hrs and that has now passed to no avail. Would you please help? We have a few discouraged members and we are trying to keep spirits high.

Our team has investigated the issue and see's the T6 Raid shows as Abandoned as per Thu, 15 Sep 2016 06:49:30 GMT
