Can someone please fix the sinister laugh? It never inflicts health down. And i mean never. The turn meter reduction could be bumped up too as it usually only hits 1 or 2 out of 5.

Yea, I had that problem too. Since the rework of tenacity/potency, GG has very little potency. The only real solution is to slap some potency mods on him. Mine has all 6 slots for potency so sinister laugh will stick.
