I just unlocked Lando and from what ive read hes really good but right now I only have him at 4 stars, is he useable at that stage or do I need to wait till hes 7 stars? Also what should I mod him for?
If the rest of your roster is 4-5 stars, he'll be pretty good. But if you've got a 7 star roster he is going to be underwhelming. Keep leveling him though, he's a beast.
