Help with arena/GW teams

I am finally 80 and have hit a huge wall. Until last week I managed top 100 for arena and could clear GW decently well. My roster includes:
7*- STH G9, QGJ G8, Lumina G8, old Ben G9, Leia G8, barriss G8, phasma G7, Rey G8, ackbar G8, Ashoka G8, Yoda G8, RG G8, lando G7, teboo G7, Luke G7.
5* - Vader, Tarkin, GS, palp, 5s. All hear 6-7.

I have a number of toons at 4 and 3 stars. My few questions are, who should I omega first, who needs to be level 80 first (old bend, QGJ, lumina, ackbar are all 80, the rest are 70-75)? Who benefits from G9/10 great the most? And finally who else needs to be 7* first?

First and foremost get the gear up, big difference between 8 and 9, omega QGJ basic for TM removal first.
