HELP...GAME RESET and I LOST EVERYTHING

Hey My game just reset sending me to lvl 1...has this happened to anyone? and Can i get me settings back....I spent $$$$$ on this game and I am not HAPPY.....is there anyway I can get my status back???? PLEASE get back to me

Log in to Google play. Or log in as a guest. One of those is your answer...unless you're playing on an Apple device. In that case, check with a genious.

THANK YOU BAAL!!!! thats what it was...i guess somehow i was logged out of google play...i signed in and everything was there

Happened to me. I was afraid that logging to google play might override my previous save so I uninstalled the app and installed again. Then it asked to login to google play and all my progress got restored. I had even raised a ticket.
