I've seen so many people who are unable to access the game on Android (Since the update). I've tried everything from rebooting my phone, uninstalling the game, clearing app cache yet NOTHING works. The troubleshooting post from one of the mods has NOT helped, and all staff seem to be completely silent, I'm a guild leader and our guild was about to complete Heroic when I tried to update my game. I am a super-active player and I really don't want to lose a day's worth of rewards and energy refreshes. Is there NO fix at all? Usually forum staff quickly acknowledge issues and monitor it, but we seem to be left in the dark with this.

Yep, and the Google play store page is full of players unable to log-in. Totally ridiculous when they release bugged updates. But yet the staff are all quiet. We are completely stuffed until they intervene or offer a patch.
I had the same problem yesterday (I'm on android). I tried deleting the app cache and this seemed to work (although the game is now VERY slow and laggy.
It apparently doesn't seem to work for other people though.

I had a look at logs. I am not Android developer, but as far as I see it may be caused because game is moved to external storage. If you have space move it to internal, then update and then move it to external again.

Polishing Lobot's bald head I reckon, no reason why we should be blocked out of the game by a bad update.

I don't force the download, but there is the "insufficient space" message
We are all getting it. Nothing to do with actual storage. This is down to the developers pushing a bugged update I reckon. We just need answers ASAP

He means ALL that have the problem, man... If you don't have it then is not affecting everyone, but we need a way too fix this.
