So new update changed tenacity...again...with TU 100% resist detrimental effect. Does that mean that tenacity down will give 100% chance to detrimental effects to apply? I hope my dengar got better not worse!
I believe it goes like this: if a toon with 95% (ex.) Potency attacks another one with 80% (ex.) Tenacity, you have like 15% chance to resist the attack. I may be mistaken though.
To make it simple,
Tenacity up: 100% chance to resist
Tenacity down: 15% chance to resist
Tenacity up and tenacity down: Same as having neither.
What this means particularly is say Rex gives you Tenacity up, you can counter that with Dengar giving tenacity down instead of dispelling the tenacity up.
