What the......Heck? Anybody seen this?

No THIS IS NOT A TROLLING POST...

Has anybody seen what appears to be a lock box (only way I can describe it) sitting on top of a node in the battle selection screen? I jumped into LS battles to finish up my dailies and it opened on lvl 8 normal mode. There on level 8-D on the node sitting underneath Darth Vader was a cream or tan colored box that looked like a lock box or type of treasure chest. I clicked on the mission and then a pop up box came up stating there was an error and I had to restart the game. Of course which I did, curiosity now had me hooked. I went through looking at all LS, DS, (normal & hard this time) and Cantina battles to see if it would be there but it wasn't.

Anybody seen this or does anybody know if this is something that might possibly be coming to the game with the last update? I read the data mined info on Reddit and didn't hear anything about it.

NO, I don't have a screen shot, YES, it did happen.

I have seen it before, and random characters in places like bronzium packs and Cantina battles

ive seen the GW reward boxes on light/dark side battles. tried to finish one that had one of the boxes and nothing happened. it was just a glitch?

Sounds like an error occurred and required a restart of the game. So it was probably an error. You should restart the game.

Guess that might have been it......The box I saw seemed smaller then a GW reward chest tho.

It used to happen quite a bit. When the game is loading slow it would show chests in place of gw nodes. Also when you look at data card packs, sometimes the tip ticker literally says "ticker text here" before the real text loads.

It was simply an artefact in the coding between switching through multiple GUI screens...in other words a graphical "glitch"

Happened here too, and more than once. Usually with purple chests, but sometimes with silver ones too... Glitch?
