Happened once to a guild I was in, everyone emailed Ea and they did nothing about it. They said we already got rewards. We never got them. Great customer support like always
I send some tickets (because phone call ticket system doesn't work), i have been told to create a phone call so support can speak directly to guild owner (me).
I've waited 10 minutes for support speak with a technician.
Raid rewards were not sent because "the technician told me that"
Guild coins have been refund.
it seems the rule is : if some people receive raid reward, they send them to other people. If no one receive raid reward, then they refund guild coins.
Next time i will said some people have received raid reward, may be i will have different output.
