I did not receive the promotion of crystals for my purchase

Today i make the purchase of the crystal promotion of 19638 and I only reciveced 15710 the 25% of the promotion it's missing i need Help please.

There are 2 separate crystal packs for each cost - the normal one and the +25% one. Did you mistakenly buy the wrong one?

Same issue. Bought pack. Get normal amount. Reload and then the %25 appears.

Even if its the "wrong one" he/she should get the bonus 25% it's shady for a company to have a bonus and penalize you if you click the wrong area.
