Characters didn't refresh in tournament

I was in the scarif tournament screen checking the refresh time and as I was there it timed down to zero and then reset to 24 hours for the next refresh but none of my characters actually reset and all still want a Chrystal refresh. I' ve tried a full logout and back in again and they are still showing unavailable. Any ideas or am I just stuffed for today?

Look at the devs update, there's a glitch with the refresh timer, refresh will occur at 16 hours remaining.

No refreshed characters here and an incorrect refresh timer at one stage earlier as well.

IIRC it said 14hrs to refresh and then dropped to 1hr (in about an hours time frame), and then I came back in a couple hours later with 19hrs to go and no refresh on my characters.

Ok so im the next victim of not reseting and i even spend 80 crystals to be able to stay in the higher rank tier. Hope u think of something. Thank u in advance.

Iv had the exactly the same problem, no refresh...... this tournament was built up and created so much suspense maybe that code and development time wud have been better used in the actual game

But people who did there battles the first 8 hours of the tournament did get a refresh I understand from the last dev update. How unfair!

I am having the same issue. My characters have not refreshed after the timer went off.

As it has already been mentioned, please check the Developer Updates forum post that states there will be no refresh at this time. So many people worried that they are among a few who were effected when everyone is. This event launch has been a disaster, and we are only 1 day into it. Still plenty more time for things to go wrong, so let's do some investigating of our own prior to crying wolf please.
