What Stat is Affecting Leia's Multi-Attack?
In GW, my Leia almost always triple hits when fighting low level teams. She almost never triple (or even double) hits when facing the high level teams. What stat is mysteriously affecting her multi-attack? Is it the target's Tenacity? Is her Potency having an effect? Is that why her Level X gear has potency boosts for a toon with no debuffs?

There are no stats affecting Leia’s bonus attacks chance. The chance is purely a percentage chance that is down to RNG, although some leader abilities (like Admiral Akbar’s Rebel Coordination) may cause additional bonus attacks.
