Down to 1 Guild Officer and waiting 3 months for a fix

Team, we really need help. All but 1 of our officers has quit playing and we really need to get this fixed so we can assign new officers. Both myself and the one remaining officer have asked for assistance from EA but no luck as no one at EA help has any idea how to drop the officers and leader who are no longer playing and assign the remaining officer as leader so they can assign new officers. We have had this issue since July.

What needs to happen to get us assistance to resolve?
