Turn Meter Feature Suggestion

I'm not sure if this is the right place or if it's been brought up or not, but I'd like to make a suggestion about how the turn meter displays each characters time to next turn.

Right now it looks as if every character has the same size turn meter but they all fill up at different rates. After a little bit you can figure out the speed of each character but it isn't obvious like their health. What if it were displayed similar to health were each character had a different number of little bars indicating how large the turn meter is? Slower characters would have more, smaller bars squished together and faster characters would have fewer, larger bars. So it would look like the turn meter moved at the same speed for everyone, but some characters need more time to recover between attacks. Functionally it would be the same but it would be a lot more obvious how fast or slow each character is just like how much health each character have is more obvious.
