Ack - game froze at end of raid and points arent loading. What to do?

Right after my last character was defeated, the game seemed to glitch and so the captain and one guard are there, but the defeat message and points screen never loaded. Game is just stuck with the captain and guard chilling in front of the door.

Anyone have a brilliant (or merely mediocre) fix?
