Error code 9.0 after viewing ally character selected for battle then going into battle.

I'm running IOS 10.0.2 on iPhone 6s. This happens every time when the steps to reproduce are followed. I get the following error:
An error has occurred that requires restarting the game. Please check your internet connection as a poor connection could be the issue, then press "Restart". If you have seen this prompt multiple times and have a strong internet connection, then please contact us. ErrorCode: 9.0.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Select a battle from the map (I chose light side battle 5-H)
2. Press 'Battle'
3. Select a support character (I selected the first in my list)
4. Hold down on the support character to view them
5. Press the back button
6. Select Battle
Problem: Error occurs

Note: The first time I noticed this, I had gone through a character's gear finder in order to get to the battle. Not sure if this is relevant, but the QA analyst in me makes me include as much information as possible . Keep up the good work. Love the game.
