Enemy Targetting through taunt ft. Wedge, 5s, and rg

This situation happened in gw. My team was ackbar lead with wedge, Biggs, rg, and rey. Opponent had st. Han lead, qgj, rey, 5s, and rg. The battle went down to my whole team vs their 5s and QGJ with my rg taunting and my wedge speed down. I used wedge's red squadron strike, and 5s immediately counters wedge+omega, dodging through my rg's taunt.
