Lost energy (crystals) when connection lost

Bought cantina energy refresh for 100 crystals then wifi drops. Connection comes back on and this error message from game pops up when I try to sim , even though I have 120+ energy and over 300 sim tickets. Keeps popping up so I click around the game for a min then come back to cantina to try again. Now, I have 120 less energy stored, but my crystals are also 100 less than before I bought the energy. My sim tickets are still at the same number, so it didn't sim without the loot screen popping up. I buy the second energy refresh to make sure it's not some visual glitch and sim it. Now i have 200 less crystals than from the beginning.
