I would say 88 for scoundrel heist for sure. Lando + 88 can complete the top tier if you have them maxed and three other bad scoundrels. Leía is great too, but I think 88 should take priority. Even on my rebel team, I run Wiggs, Lando, Ackbar and StHan so even Leía takes a back seat there.
88 if you need a scoundrel for the heist events. Also helpful for the empire/droid event. But if you already complete the scoundrel heist without issues, then go Leia.
88 is more valuable in high level arena, I finish first every day on a december server and I cant even remember the last time I saw Leia on any team
Fair enough... i only break top 20 from early Jan shard... but apart from droid/je teams i never see 88... so if OP has no other droids i would still say leia

STH taunt, Mind Tricks, 88 AoE, Tactical Genius, two Lando bombs.
My max everything (offense/potency moded-critdmg) 88 has almost 3300 physical atk power and hits for flat out 10-15k on basic w/no debuffs and his aoe... well on a fully debuffed party the aoe can hit all toons for 15-25k for 50-100k damage.
My fully maxed Leia moded offense/speed criticals for 10-15k there both incredible...
However 88 gets the crown and priority but both are fantastic attackers.
Another overlooked toon is cad bane... I know he is squishy... more so than 88/Leia because he don't have as much healthsteal or hp and no stealth. But his atk is actually higher than leia usually and he regularly hits 15k x2, then toss in that stun, and it makes him a very serious damage dealer.
But I digress to main question... Ig-88 is the wayto go...but lLeia is a must have as well, she works with fives amazingly.
