Dengar / Phasma question

Okay, so, this happened twice today during a p1 raid and it's happened my previous one.

1: Phasma hits Victory March. Supposed to be 100% crit chance on next move.
2: Dengar goes with MMM with ADVANTAGE.
3: Dengar's MMM does NOT apply tenacity down.

No "Resisted" message. Advantage definition is 100% crit chance on next attack. Most likely attack was not a crit and damage indicator was red.

@CG_Kozispoon - WAI or bugged? Or anyone else shed some light on this?

He has to land a hit for it to stick. Did you see any damage?

Yes. Damage was applied. No dodged or deflected message.

I could also see him losing it if he got called for an assist. Those are the only two scenarios I can think of. I have yet to have Rancor not get Potency Down applied after Victory March though

No call for assist. This is Phasma called VM, and he went right after with advantage. I'll check again next raid.

Sounds like a bug if the damage did indeed land. I sort of remember some DEV saying Tenacity down is not resistible...
