Gg for 5 shards is locked on my game

Before the 10/11 update came down i was 30 shards from making gg 6 stars. Then the update came and im now 40 shards from 6 stars. How did i go backwards? Plus i bought 5 shards several times with all the double drops from gw. None showed up then on the last one it just says 5 gg has been bought by me everyday all day! It wont reset. I am owed around 30 shards. The dingbats at tech help told me to post here. Like its gonna make a difference. Even tho the countdown timer is running it still says i bought the 5 gg. Fix it! And give me back what i paid for!
