Make Rancor Raid Han Shard Rewards Match the New Raid Character Shard Rewards

Please edit the Rancor raid Han shard rewards to match the character shard reward system used in the new raid. It is beyond infuriating to be in a guild where I can only get maybe 3 Han shards a raid while I watch those who already have 7 star Hans taking all of the higher character shard spots. Taking over a half a year just to unlock a character when you are running 3 raids a week is pretty taxing on one's patience.
