Raid gear in shipments , a rotation is well overdue!

Has this been forgotten about ? Been locked out of Droid callers and Scanners for more than 32 days now

You must have had some bad RNG. It's only been a couple of weeks - probably do to switch on Tuesday's update.

I'm pretty certain there's no rotation anymore and all 4 can now show up.

Check the update notes from 2 weeks ago. They mention switching the gear rotation.

Based on what they've stated previously (i.e. there will be a 2 week rotation) they are 6 days behind. Last swap was done with the update on 9/28 which was 3 weeks ago tomorrow.
