Please give guild leaders some better tools for chat

As it stands now, the chat system is pretty awful. As a guild leader it's incredibly difficult to make guild-wide announcements to all 50 members without my message getting lost or eventually deleted. I would like to see guild leaders get the ability to create guild notifications. The notification would pop up whenever a guild member logs into the game, or whenever the notification is changed. Please implement something like this, because as it stands I'm having to use a 3rd party chat application in order to communicate with my members.
