My rewards are missing from T7 Heroic Rancor Raid

So we finished Heroic Rancor raid and I logged back in when it was time for rewards and they were indeed in it was 40 Mk 7 Nubian Scanners and like 15 or 16 Hypo Syringes but when I look at my character screen I never got them!! I have had something similar happen to me before where the rewards said that I won a bunch of Nubian Design Techs but when I checked my Character menu I was given Droid Callers instead somehow which i was actually happy about cause I was completely out of them and needed them more. But this time I can't find anything this bug replaced the items with, I checked all raid gear and haven't seen any of them increased. I even checked to see if you guys added a new Mk8 Scanner or something that I might have gotten but haven't noticed anything like that either. I accepted the rewards but ended up with nothing I'm so angry right now! I've been waiting months for Nubian Scanners and I finally get them and poof they are gonna as soon as I accept rewards. Help me!!!
