You don't get a response usually unless the problem is widespread they do however quietly fix the problem for those affected usually by sending the items in mail. If the issue is small they might ignore it but still fix dhe back end issue...will take a few days/weeks either way to trak the problem test it fix it test it again and then implement it

For each missing rewards claim, in order to investigate further we'll need the following:
Ally Code
Date the Raid was completed
Tier of the Raid
Screenshots with the Raid results (clearly showing the total damage dealt by some of the players in that raid)
EA has at least 3 open tickets with their technical support team for this issue from our Guild Leader and 2 officers. They still haven't posted any compensation for missing rewards even though they were promised.
My case #26434207 if you want to follow up with EA.
Thanks
So they put a 210k limit on rewarded raid summons in a week then give every guild an extra 150k tickets this will quickly get out of control if they don't fix it soon

There is nothing to fix. Your guild, technically should never have gotten any extra tickets. The bonus tickets were for the few guilds that couldn't complete their heroic raid due to server problems. EA just gave a blanket gift to every guild probably for ease over accuracy.
Then shame on them for giving them out. Not those of us who earned rewards for taking part in raids. Nobody likes an apologist.
"The maximum Guild Bank Coins that a guild can earn per day is 30k (210k in a week). We will be tracking individual player participation in each Raid, retaining the summon cost for each Raid participated in, and stop providing raid rewards to the player after he/she has participated in raids that exceed the limit of 210k per week to summon. This will only affect players that are participating in the guild switching."
We read the the last sentence thinking it was OK to start the raid. However it appears to be a false statement.
