If keeping normal raid as is, at least give rewards for progress

I don't mind playing a tough raid in which your guild has an attainable goal to reach. But at this level of difficulty, needing so much time to complete, with inadequate rewards for such an endeavor, this isn't fun. If you want to keep the normal raid as it is, then at least have it end at four days and reward the guild members w escalating rewards per phase finished. Throw us a bone. A raid shouldn't last this long w similar rewards we get doing a one day raid. Ending at four days wouldn't waste so much of our raid tix accumulated and let's us see progress made as each subsequent raid attempt might get us further along, but getting rewards for progress and not just for finishing is paramount to the enjoyment.
